• If a booking is cancelled then the deposit is forfeited, unless the property can be rebooked for the entire period. A 10% fee will apply regardless.
• Any cost incurred as a result of breakages or damage is the responsibility of the tenant.
• Pets or smoking are not permitted in the houses/units
• The premises are rented on a holiday basis only for the period stated on the confirmation letter. Departure must be before 10am or another day's rent maybe charged and arrival time is from 3pm onwards.
